Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Once approved, the returned item must be sent back within 7 days. Returns requested or received outside of these timeframes may not be accepted.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• Unused, with all original tags attached, and returned in their original packaging.
• Returns must be requested by using our contact form or by email before sending anything back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
• If we provide a return label, the cost may be deducted from your refund unless otherwise agreed.
• We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
  

How to Request a Return?

To start a return, please use our contact form or email us at contact@notimeuk.com with your order number and reason for the return. However, emails sent directly may sometimes be automatically filtered, so we recommend using the contact form for a faster response.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

Please note: We value all our customers and strive to provide excellent service. However, returns made for the purpose of wearing items and then returning them are not acceptable. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of misuse or wear beyond trying for size.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of your refund status. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 working days. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund.
